Data deletion

Remove NaijaMoto's access to your Facebook, Instagram or TikTok data

  1. Disconnect in NaijaMoto: Dashboard → Channels → choose the channel → Disconnect. Access tokens are deleted immediately.
  2. Or remove the app in Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites) → NaijaMoto → Remove. Facebook notifies us and we delete your Page connection automatically.
  3. Delete conversations or your whole account: close your account in Dashboard → Settings → Delete my account permanently, or email admin@naijamoto.com and we'll delete your data within 30 days.
